7th June 2009
Yesterday, Sunny came over the spend the day with me.
Feel abit awkward at first, but it will pass.
We did some reading together. from time to time, we'll talk and ask questions to about one another. I was quite surprised that her birthday is 1 day before mine.
Feeling abit hand itchy, i started to build gundams kits. She watched me as i worked on fixing up the Kong Ming Gundam. something that i left alone for a long time and didnt get ard to start fixing. She said i look cute when i'm concentrating so hard. heehee.
We watch Zettai Kareshi series together so that later we can watch the movie of it which i just finished downloading. J-drama have a tendenacy to release movies when the ending isnt really "finished". we both laughed when Night spray himself with water to simulate sweat while working out. She got all teary when Night was going to "die". i held her hand tightly while fighting back the tears in mine. The movie was something totally unexpected and it brought more tears to us. Spoiler: Night left Riiko's life knowing that there are certain things that he will never be able to give her. I held Sunny closely in my arms as she cried for Night.
We laid in bed and chat. she fell asleep on my chest.
This morning she was surprised when i started to arrange the stuff for praying as this morning is the 15th of the 5th lunar month. I send her to the MRT station as i'm skipping church today.
Went for Cousin Weide's 2nd baby's Full Month celebration.

4th June 2009
Went over to CSC to pick some stuff and went over the PS to sort out some stuff in the locker.
Its getting abit hard to ask raymond out. what we like to eat, dont match. he dont wanna go gym also. abit paisei to ask him to run all the way to TPY. Bukit Batok gym dont have chin-up trainer also.
Even though, i'm against meeting Sunny too often during this time, i'm just too bored... so went to meet her and hang out after her work is over.
We went to try out the circle line. wah, the train is only 3 cabins. the type of train used is similar to the Northeast line train. Throughout the journey, Sunny kept hopping up and down the 3 cabins claiming how small it is. hahaha, just like a little kid.
We went over to Junction 8 and had Shilin for dinner. not very filling, but ok for me as i'm trying to cut down on eating. damn, i keep thinking of going for sushi buffet again.
Went over to the library after dinner. I took some books and went into the reading area. Sunny selected books to read too and followed me into the reading area. I was surprised when she took out a pair of reading glasses as she settled down beside me. She blushed when she noticed me staring at her. then she tried to hide behind her book. i lean in and whisper into her ear, "you look pretty with glasses too." and she flushed a deeper red. halfway through, she fell asleep on my shoulder. guess she's too tired from work. i gently let her lie on my lap and continued to read. from time to time, i'll pat her gently on the head. heehee, sort of like having a puppy.
borrowed a number of books to study on. feel abit guilty as Sunny went home herself. Too many book to carry and send her also.
Came home, packed my figmas, cleared the table. can start to study tomorrow.

Went back to camp for mob briefing today.
Haiz... a waste of time, but something that had to be done. well, at least with this over, i can start repacking my room and sealing away my army stuff.
After briefing, went with ck to IMM to walk walk at Daiso. bought some stuff. but the haul of the day was 4 ocarina. in case you dont know whats that, listen to this.
Even CK bought one out of curiousity. hahaha i'm so good at convincing ppl to spend money needlessly. CK was complaining that he never spend so much when he shop at Daiso.
We went to Long John after that, i eat while CK watched. then we discuss about life and stuff. interesting chap. Well, CK, now you are a page in my log of life. anyone who read this, or i will remember you even if you disappear into thin air this very instant.

Dont know why, i happened to like the song falling down by Oasis.
Frankly, the song is abit anti-god.
Woke up ard 10 this morning and had a light brunch of yesterday's kong ba.
When i ask mom how to prepare the dish, dad got very excited. he even wanted my mom to buy the meat so that i can prepare it tomorrow.
He said that it was a dish passed down by my a-gong. though mom tried to teach aunt1 and aunt2 how to make it, they didnt succeed.
On and off, Sunny will sms me trying to cheer me up. I'm starting to feel abit bored and restless. alot of things i wanted to do or have to do, just dont wanna start on it...
Feel like going out to meet Sunny for dinner, but somehow stopped myself. maybe not meeting too often at first will be good also. shrug. maybe its good to have some time to think and hear myself also.

Umbrella
Recently, this came into my view alot.
Firstly, there was this korean drama with this line. "would you choose a man who comes to you with an umbrella or a man who walks with you in the rain?"
Then in the recent release of Gintama 112, the second half of the episode was about kagura.
Kagura belongs to race where they are the strongest fighters, but they have a weakness towards the sun which means they'll need to carry ard an umbrella all the time to shield them from sunlight.
In this episode, it was a rainy day. Kagura was envying the other normal gers with bright fanciful cute umbrella. she got so pissed by it that she kept her umbrella and walked in the rain, saying that her umbrella is spoilt.
Gintoki bought a new umbrella, a bright stylish with foral design, and gave kagura his old one. -_-"
anyway, Kagura took that umbrella and went out with it as much as she can. to places, to parks, to chill out with friends. then one day, the umbrella got torn up by a typhoon.
She repaired the umbrella using alot of loose cloth and went out with it happily again. then when she passed by a pair of orphans hiding from the rain, she left them the umbrella.
She picked up a umbrella skeleton from the rubbish dump. ppl were laughing at her as she walked by.
then a voice called out to her "Young Lady, young lady! That's a pretty nice umbrella you've got there. Can you let us in underneath it, too? Our umbrellas broke in the storm." it was Gintoki and Shinpachi.
Kagura's face brighten and and held her umbrella high to let them both underneath it.
as they walked, you can still see the good umbrellas in the hands of Gintoki and Shinpachi.
So... when was the last time you walked in the rain with a friend? :)
